HOW TO PURCHASE DETAILS:
Currently im testing out a different way to arrange purchasing, shipping, pop up shops. With previous trials we ran into some bumps so lets try a new way

Local Pickup Policy :
AFTER PURCHASE CUSTOMER MUST EMAIL TO ARRANGE PICK UP ON EITHER A TUESDAY or FRIDAY MORNING
storage facility pick up is located in white marsh Maryland and specific address details are provided in email

Pickup must be scheduled in advance via email.

Buyers must bring appropriate help and equipment to load large or heavy items.

Items not picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe may be considered abandoned, and the sale will be forfeited without refund.

If pick up day is missed and refund need to be arrange customer understands it will be less the amount to account for transaction fees charged to the seller.
Shipping Policy

Fragile items will not be shipped under any circumstances.

Items weighing over 30 pounds are pickup only.

Eligible non-fragile items may be shipped at the buyer’s expense.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an item has shipped.

The shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the item has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Policy

Local delivery may be available for customers within close proximity to Baltimore.

Delivery is arranged through a third-party or independent local delivery service.

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid separately.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the delivery provider’s availability.

The shop is not responsible for damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
Item Condition & Disclosure

All items are pre-owned and sold in AS IS condition.

Items may show signs of normal wear consistent with prior use.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items, including any visible flaws or imperfections.

Due to the nature of consignment inventory, items may vary in condition, age, and availability.
Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Fit, size, or color issues

Minor wear or imperfections

Please review all item details carefully and ask questions before purchasing. If for any reason a refund has to be made, the refund amount will be less the transaction amount charged as a fee.

In certain circumstances where a refund is required: such as failure to arrange pickup or other customer-related issues, the refund amount will be reduced by 18% to cover merchant processing fees charged to us.

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Items are not considered sold until payment is received in full.
Communication Policy

All communication, including questions, pickup scheduling, and delivery coordination, will be handled via email only.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a valid and monitored email address.
Liability Disclaimer

Once an item leaves the shop (via pickup or delivery), the shop is no longer responsible for the item.
